New, never used, circa 1980s Bud Light tap topper. This topper is different in that it is designed to slide over a tap handle. So, it doesn't matter what tap you are putting it on, as long as it fits into the 3 1/2" x 1 1/4" slot. This is an older original item, please examine the photos carefully.
